Peanut Butter Balls

Lately I had been feeling like my body needed a reboot.  The holidays left me a couple pounds heavier, and I knew once I was settled in my new kitchen something would have to change.  I decided to try 10 days of eating clean- nothing too extreme, just cut out most processed foods and added more veggies and whole foods to my diet. I have to say I am feeling pretty good!  It might be mental but I feel less bloated, my skin is clearing, and I generally feel less tired. The hardest part for me about clean eating is that I'm a sugar fiend.  Everyday has to bring some sort of candy or sweet.  My saving grace?

Peanut Butter Balls!  They taste like such a treat, but only have four simple ingredients and are way better for you than processed cookies or candy.  Best of all?  So simple to make.

1 Cup Oats (uncooked)
1/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes- 1 hour
Roll into bite sized balls
Keep chilled until served.
