Happy Friday everybody! Here's a little something healthy to try this weekend. Since finding out I am anemic I have been on the hunt to add lots of iron and protein into my diet, and if I can do it without meat, even better.
Pineapple Spinach Smoothie:
1 cup ice
2 handfuls of spinach (You can barely taste it, I promise)
1 cup Flax Milk (almond or soy work as well)
1 cup cubed pineapple (Any other fruit works as well. I like to use berries when I have them)
1 medium bananna
1 scoop Plant Fusion Protein (optional, any other protein powder works as well)
BLEND AND ENJOY
