Welcome to my bedroom. This ladies and gentleman is where I spent all 7 days of last week. In that bed to be exact. I really haven't shared this space because I have literally put ZERO effort into decorating it. But over the last 168 hours spent there, I had plenty of time to reflect and decide what kind of looks I wanted to achieve here. Nothings set in stone, but I do no a few things for certain.

Ahhh all of your ideas are so great. The room already has some great potential. I know once you add these few finishing touches it'll be the retreat of your dreams.
ReplyDeletei would so not mind spending time in bed with that sunny window!
ReplyDeletei love the look of pretty shoes displayed in a vintage cabinet/amoire - would look awesome! our bedroom now has the tiniest closet, so i use the guest room as my dressing room/closet. can't wait to have everything all in one space!

Its soooo beautiful!! Its already beautiful so you don't really need to add much. I love all your inspiration images. A Moroccan wedding blanket would look so good at the foot of your bed.
ReplyDeleteoooh and glad you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteAhh I think your bedroom is beautiful! I love all white!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday Love!!!
ReplyDeleteMy online closet opened today, I would love for you to check it out!

I have been longing for a rack to display my clothing favs forever! If I had room for it, I would have it now! Can't wait to see the lovely results of your room :)
ReplyDeleteMorroccan wedding blanket for sure!!! Love your ideas so far, I know it's going to be amazing.

I agree with you completely about the clothing rack. I love having most of the clothes I wear hanging and ready to go. The one you have pictured looks sturdy enough to get the job done unlike a lot of these I've seen.
ReplyDeleteLove the headboard and night stand. Your bedroom is as dreamy as the rest of your house. Hmnn maybe you could write about a place to stay and get a discount? Just a thought. Well if you do come up def give me a shout out!

Gah, so many good things in the wings! I love the clothing rack + shoe cabinet. I only have one nice pair of heels (my wedding shoes), so my own shoe cabinet would look a tad empty haha. Needless to say, the amount of light in your bedroom is INCREDIBLE, and I wish we had an ounce of Cali to enjoy on days like today. I really do think the wedding blanket will be a nice touch. Are you keeping your current furniture?

ReplyDeleteI love how bright your room is! I'm a huge fan of white bedrooms too and I'm just in the process of redecorating mine. I love your ruffly pillows and mirrored side table! I think you're well on your way to making your bedroom just as fabulous as any one of your inspirational photos! Happy I stumbled across your blog from your comment on Maya's blog!

Oh yes, final thought: will you be adding any statement mirrors?
ReplyDeleteThese rooms are gorgeous - I love how chic and cozy an all white bedroom feels....*sigh* one day!

Love your inspirations too! I'm such a huge fan of white myself.
ReplyDeleteThe Morrocan wedding blanket is awesome but my cats would have a field day with it :)
Your inspiration photos are just lovely! So cozy... and bright & clean. My bedroom is looking pretty simple these days... I have only been in my new house a month now and I've spent those few weeks in other parts of the house. My bedroom I want to keep simple... like you said, white is a must!
ReplyDeleteI hope you share more photos once you decorate it as you imagined. :)
these rooms are so relaxing!

I'm in love with it already! That's the kind of bed you could stay in all day (or week- boo!). I don't know why, but the bedroom is always last on the list. I actually tried to tackle ours first- I was so excited to have a real master bedroom at last, so it was the first to get some attention with new bedding and artwork. Making the bedroom a real retreat has made all the difference.
ReplyDeleteUnas fotos preciosas, para poder inspirarnos!!

I am loving an all white color palette with a hint of blush. That's what I was planning on doing in my bedroom, but have been having a difficult time finding things I love. I am a new follower. xx
ReplyDeleteTo be honest your room already looks pretty great. I do love all of these inspiration images as well. I wish I could do a fancy rack with fancy clothes but it would just be a mess.
ReplyDeleteI looovveee your bedding, and the whole 'white' vibe you have going on too. it just looks so cozy. I wish I could do a rack - but I think my fiance would eventually hate it (and I'm sure it would just end up turning into another messy pile of clothing in our bedroom).
ReplyDeletewell, if you had to be in bed for 7 days it couldn't have been all too bad in that beauty! LOVE your space...an all white room is always a favorite in my book! XO Brynn
