This weekend was a GET ISH DONE weekend. Lot's of small projects going on at our casa.
We finally have curtains! The family room feels so much warmer with these sheers. I should have done them from the get go. Ikea $19.99.
Lots of organization happend.
This baby found a home.
I pulled some wedding pics out of the closet. I'm super careful when decorating in that I don't want people to walk into our home and be bombarded with wedding photos. Like a shrine to ourselves. Now that our home has some art and decoration on the walls I feel comfortable sprinkling some personal pictures in as well.
Lots of stuff happened up in here. The powder room got a coat of paint (It actually photographs the color I wanted. In person it's darker and more green :/ BLAH) My great great grandmothers mirror took the place of the old mirror and my vintage maps decorate the walls. Not ready for a reveal- on the hunt for the perfect light fixture.
So my weekends may look like all work and no play, but I'm spending my Monday night at the Lady Gaga concert. VIP @ Staples Center :) I went the last time she was in town and she's pretty amazing. How was your weekend? Did you do anything worth sharing? I'd love to hear.
Wowwww so productive! I had to work at my part time job all weekend so not much happened, but I'm loving all the little touches around your home. Your Grandmother's mirror is gorgeous

Your home is absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to see s'more. Your style is do delicate. I feel the same way about the wedding photos. My hubs asks me last week how long you keep the photo album out? Is two years too long since almost all the photos have come down? Lol.

i love the maps! such great artwork. now that my bedroom is all cleared out, it feels alot more calm...i've been thinking about sewing or buying some floor-length ikea curtains. floor-length is the way to go!
