PINATA.please.

Happy December my pretties.  Hope you guys all had a fabulous weekend!  I spent my Sunday night taking portraits of my dog dressed up under the Christmas tree for our holiday cards.  Totes normal, right? The holiday season is now in full effect and it has officially consumed my life.  From gifts, to holiday cards, to a possible holiday party (?) I forgot how much I LOVE this time of year.

While I loved the idea of throwing a massive Holiday Housewarming bash, I just don't have the dough or the space.  I'm thinking of maybe an intimate holiday soiree with just a few of our closest pals. The first thing that comes to mind when planning a party? DECORATIONS.  I seriously have been dying to do something with a Confetti System pinata for ages and can't seem to shake the itch.  As beatiful as they are, I just don't have the cash to throw down on one.  Thinking of trying a DIY version.  Has anyone ever made a pinata?  If you have I'd love some direction.

Have you guys seen the collaboration with West Elm they did this year?  I kind of need a set of ornaments at the very least!  Check them out here.
