Pretty Garland

Happy Friday everyone!

So I'm at that age when it seems like every other weekend is a wedding, and I'm helping plan one shower after the other.  Next weekend is my fabulous sister in laws and I'm in charge of making it look pretty. In gathering inspiration, I have become obsessed with all the amazing things you can do with fabric and tissue in terms of garland!  I adore an event that feels like it was put together with love, and these handmade touches definitely do that.
In love with this sign. (Elizabethkartchner.com)

Such a smart idea!  Great thinking outside the box. (abeautifulmess.typepad.com)

Can you believe this is made of tissue? (jesykaditri.com)

Here is a peek at what I have been working on all week.  Can't wait to show you the outcome!

What do you think?  Do you like the look of homemade? Or do you prefer something a little more glam?

  1. I love this! Hard to believe it is tissue. I think it helps decorate a space so well.
